Clos de la Belle Châtelaine is a unique place, nestled in the pine forest of the Montagne de Beaune.
A space that Jean-Louis, my father, lovingly, patiently, and respectfully recreated for the ecosystem.
It was designed to host your events or guided tours on the themes close to his heart:
permaculture, biodynamic viticulture, and the truffle grove.
Whatever the purpose of your visit, the Clos will touch your soul and rejuvenate you.

The Gourmet Stroll
3 Hearts, 1 Experience.
Experience the history of the Clos, the role of phylloxera, the monumental renovation, then the first fruits with the fruit trees, the lyre-trained vines, the truffle orchard, and the permaculture vegetable garden.
At the end of the visit, you will taste a wine from the Clos with Jean-Louis.

The Truffle Orchard
Jean-Louis will introduce you to his passion project, the truffle grove, and share everything about the Burgundy truffle (Uncinatum): the mycelium, mycorrhization, the trees, and the hunting process.
Afterwards, you will enjoy two truffle toasts per person.

La vigne et la dégustation
Burgundy wines! Celebrated names known the world over, but do you know their story?
A visit to our high-wire and organic vineyard is the perfect way to discover the role of the monks, the grape varieties, the classification system, and the terroir.
A tasting of exclusively organic wines ; 1 red and 1 white, is included at the end of the visit.
Children will enjoy tasting homemade organic jams.
